OUR STORY

The story behind Leading Edge Computers is a familiar one, a growth pattern commonly experienced by so many successful and robust regional businesses.

We commenced as a small family business almost 20 years ago.  The passion which swelled within when we opened the doors for our first day of trading, has propelled us to grow through sustained success.

Today we operate two retail premises, both prominently located in the main shopping strips of Bairnsdale (137 Main Street ) and Sale (387 Raymond Street).
Then, as remains the case now, we are a 100% family owned business where the people who own the business, are hands-on and available to assist customers.   Mike and Emma Bradley are wholly committed to supporting their retail and corporate customers.

Of course, like businesses which expand and thrive, a support team of knowledgeable and talented team members is essential.   We have built a dedicated team of people who have the right blend of specialist IT knowledge and people skills.   We continually invest in our team with on-site training, personal development and participation in vendor training programs.

At the retail level we welcome walk-in customers….. whether the need is as simple as an ink cartridge for a printer, a cable… through to a new laptop or a laptop which isn’t operating as it should….. we have the staff on hand and available to attend to YOUR needs.

We also have an extensive client base of East Gippsland businesses who depend on Leading Edge Computers for the IT requirements.  Galloping technology, not to mention the transition to the NBN, means that business owners and managers need ready access to informed IT support.   Our dedicated managed services team caters to business, education and government clients.

We are proud to be recognised as the go-to local IT information hub for our district, with ASP partnerships to support our clientele including Apple, HP and Lenovo.Our fundamental ethos is to make IT simple for our clients.
We work to completely understand our clients’ needs so that we can supply the correct hardware based on their requirements, assist them with configuration and deployment and be able to resolve any issues post sale.

This ideology was at the heart of our business when we started and is just as relevant today.
